About
Clinical practice, scientific work and clear solutions for real life
My work is built around one question: what exactly in a person's nutrition can be changed so that it is safe, supported by evidence and feasible within their ordinary week. That is why the assessment always starts with health status, test results and daily routine rather than with a ready-made plan. Clinical practice, research and teaching are parts of one process for me.

In a consultation I am interested not in a list of forbidden foods, but in the reasons a person eats the way they do: daily routine, work, sleep, gastrointestinal health, medication and supplements.
I work with weight loss and weight control, metabolic health, nutrition for women 40+ in perimenopause and menopause, nutritional support during GLP-1 therapy and structured FMD programmes.
Research and teaching are a separate part of my work. They let me rely on primary sources and say honestly where the evidence is still limited.

How I work
Grounded in evidence
Recommendations are based on analysis of scientific evidence, not on popular diet schemes. Where reliable research is missing, I say so directly.
Changes have to be feasible
My aim is not to offer yet another short-term diet. We look for changes that are necessary, safe and realistic within your week.
Clear limits of competence
A nutrition consultation does not replace a doctor's consultation, diagnosis or prescribed treatment. There are topics and groups I do not work with, and I say so before we start.
Focused on the individual
Recommendations take into account health status, test results, medication and supplements, food intolerances and the real rhythm of your life.
