Service details
An online consultation makes it possible to review health status, goals, nutrition, lifestyle, medication, supplements and test results in detail. After receiving your request I will contact you to agree on a time and on the preparation needed.
Price:€100
- Format: online, video call in Zoom.
- Duration of the initial consultation: 50-60 minutes.
- Support after the consultation: 10 calendar days of questions and answers on working days from 9:00 to 18:00.
- Recommended follow-up consultation: after 4 weeks, 20 minutes, already included in the price of the initial consultation.
Payment
- On the website you only submit a request.
- After the consultation is agreed, I send you an individual Stripe payment link manually.
- The request form does not redirect you to payment automatically.
How to prepare
- test results from the last 2-3 months
- list of medications: name, composition, dosage, duration of use
- list of food supplements with the same details
- questions you would like to discuss
If you do not have current test results, a list of the tests that may be needed will be sent to you after your request is received.
What the initial consultation includes
- history taking, including chronic conditions, food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal function and other factors relevant to nutrition;
- analysis of your current diet, including possible nutrient deficiencies, food combinations, portion sizes and meal structure;
- interpretation of submitted blood test results within the professional competence of a nutrition specialist;
- assessment of medication, vitamins and food supplements from a nutritional perspective, including potential nutritional risks and the need to coordinate further steps with your treating physician.
What you receive after the consultation
After the consultation you receive individual nutrition recommendations, a sample baseline diet for your goal, recommendations on nutraceutical support where there are justified indications, and recommendations for additional tests if needed.
How the individual online consultation works

You submit a request.

We agree on the online consultation time, the preparation needed and payment. After that I send an individual Stripe link.

You send current test results and information about medication and supplements. If you have no test results, I will tell you which tests may be needed.

During the consultation we review your situation, your diet, your goals and the available medical data.

After the consultation you receive individual recommendations, a sample baseline diet and 10 days of support in the communication channel you prefer. A 20-minute follow-up consultation after 4 weeks is recommended and already included in the price.
